What’s the goal of the MindManager customer survey?
This survey is a quick and simple questionnaire that helps our team get to know you and how you use MindManager. Your insights and feedback will be used for planning future product development projects, enhancing our customer support, and updating key training materials. How exciting is that?!
Customer feedback has played a big role in the creation of some of MindManager’s newest features, such as co-editing and other virtual collaboration tools, which we designed to help today’s remote and hybrid teams communicate more effectively.
In other words: We really do act on the feedback we get!
How will my responses be used?
The MindManager team reads every customer response. We then compile a list of the most actionable feedback and ideas and use it to plan roadmaps for future improvements to MindManager, such as feature updates, technology enhancements, and more.
Our support team also uses this feedback to ensure our website and training content has been updated for users to get the most out of MindManager and maximize their efficiency and productivity.
And don’t worry—your privacy is extremely important to us. You can choose to remain completely anonymous, and your specific responses will not be tied back to you or your organization.
