MindManager has doubled down on its software integration abilities to help you use applications for task management, agile software development, communication, and business productivity more effectively. Through Zapier—a third-party service that provides a simple interface to transfer data between applications—you can now structure and organize complex content in MindManager maps then send information to cloud software like Trello, Jira, Basecamp, and Asana.
Enhanced SharePoint Task Synchronization
MindManager Enterprise and SharePoint have always played well together, and we have made them even friendlier. Task and resource synchronization between MindManager Enterprise and Microsoft SharePoint has been improved, enabling greater project management efficiency. Resources can now be selected from specified Microsoft SharePoint sites, simplifying task creation and eliminating resource assignment errors.
More Ways to Collaborate
MindManager Enterprise is now available with the MindManager Reader, so you can share mind maps with any Windows user—even if they don’t have MindManager. With the MindManager Reader, Windows users can view all mapping objects, including new flowchart diagrams; use search, filters, and index to locate information; print maps and Gantt charts; and view walkthroughs.
