March Madness 2007 is now over and college basketball goes into hibernation until next November. We know the two-time defending champs will lose their starters, but will retain their coach. The current wait is now on the Ohio State starters, who have yet to make a decision. Overall, the tournament brought some more excitement due to the level of talent at the top. Florida showed its dominance in their final two games, which left all doubters behind. They proved that they deserved to be the champs starting from tip-off.
Mindjet would like to say thank you to all who entered our March Madness 2007 brackets mapping contest. Unfortunately, no one got their picks 100% correct, but since everyone’s a winner at Mindjet – we’re hooking up the two who came closest with free MindManager licenses!
Congratulations to Frank Alvidrez and Alberto Reyes!
Frank is a power user of MindManager and uses it extensively in his everyday life as well as in his “Enterprise Architecture” course that he teaches.
Alberto just downloaded a 21-day trial of MindManager to enter the March Madness contest, although he’s previously read the works on mind mapping by Tony Buzan. Alberto owns a construction company and has since begun using MindManager in meetings and as a tool for planning building processes. “I’m fast becoming a fan of MindManager because of its simple user interface and I hope to soon become even more proficient,” he says.
Mindjet hopes you enjoyed both the tournament and our special bracket. We look forward to seeing you all next year for Mindjet’s 2008 March Madness map contest. To continue in the spirit of friendly sports competition, enter our “Mindjet wants to take you out to the ballgame” contest here. Deadline for entries is May 9th!
